Introducing the Leading with Genuine Care Podcast

A short message from Rob Dube:

I hope you are staying safe and healthy during this unique time in all of our lives. Our world is experiencing a shift in many ways, and I am curious how life will flow for us in the future.

The donothing podcast has been a gift to me, affording the opportunity to meet and interview so many wonderful people. One of those people is Dr. Thupten Jinpa—the co-founder of the Compassion Institute and longtime translator for His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Recently, Jinpa and his close friend, Ashish Kulshrestha, approached me with an idea to host a series of podcasts to have a conversation about how we can lead and cultivate a world filled with compassion and genuine care for humanity.

With everything going on in our world, it is the perfect time to make this idea a reality.

I’m honored and excited to share with you the next version of the donothing podcast with a new name—Leading with Genuine Care.

In Leading with Genuine Care, I’ll be chatting with leaders and advocates about creating a society that puts kindness and compassion above all else.

On Wednesday, July 1st, Leading with Genuine Care officially launches with a chat between Jinpa, Ashish, and me about the podcast and what we hope to achieve with these conversations. We will provide insight as to why we find the wisdom within our future guests so important to share.

Thank you for your support and I hope you enjoy the conversations I have with so many inspiring people from around the world!
