It can be simple, the path to get there is hard

You’ve mastered the outer world. Now it’s time to experience peace, presence, and purpose in your inner world.

Let go. Find peace.

For more than thirty years, I have followed a simple and transformative path. I teach leaders how to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and the courage to let go. This work helps you reconnect with who you truly are so you can lead a meaningful life with clarity and genuine care.

What I Do

  • Many leaders reach a point where success no longer creates fulfillment. There is often a quiet restlessness inside. A longing for peace. A deeper purpose waiting to be revealed.
My work guides you into that deeper space. You learn how to release fear, dissolve ego driven patterns, and discover the clarity that comes from stillness

  • Silence is far from empty. It is full of potential and wisdom. For more than six years I have co-led a silent retreat where leaders learn how to simply be. Mindfulness meditation and time in nature help you strengthen awareness and settle into the present moment. This retreat is one of the most rewarding leadership challenges you will ever take.

  • As the co-founder of The 10 Disciplines, I help driven entrepreneurs manage and maximize their energy. These disciplines help you align your daily actions with your deepest values. The result is a life where you feel free, grounded, and fully yourself.

  • Through heartfelt conversations I explore the inner journeys of leaders, activists, educators, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers. You will hear universal lessons about gratitude, compassion, resilience, presence, and the power of living awake.

My philosophy

  • Lead Through Presence

When you give someone your full attention, everything shifts. You think more clearly and you lift up the person in front of you. Presence is your greatest leadership tool.

  • Let Go to Grow

Real growth often requires letting go of what no longer serves you. Old stories, fear, pressure, and over striving soften when you return to the present moment.

  • Practice Compassion

Compassion is not optional. It is essential for human connection and effective leadership. To lead with compassion is to see others clearly.

  • Cultivate Gratitude

Gratitude dissolves the feeling of entitlement and reminds you that every part of your life has been handed to you by countless people and conditions.

  • Serve Without Ego

When you live with quiet confidence and steady awareness, you remember that your life is deeply connected to the lives of others.

  • Set Intentional Boundaries

When you set clear boundaries, you make room for what matters most. You remember that caring for yourself supports everyone around you.
