What is this Do Nothing retreat really about?

The Do Nothing Retreat is a simple but profound invitation to pause. Over several days of silence, mindfulness, and time in nature, you learn how to be fully present with yourself. It’s a leadership challenge in the truest sense because it asks you to let go of doing and reconnect with being.

A space for presence

Held in the Colorado Rockies at Drala Mountain Center, this retreat gives you room to breathe, rest, and reset. Through meditation, mindful walking, guided hikes, and intentional quiet, you begin to settle into the moment and see yourself with new clarity.

“It occurred to me that the meaning of this place had little to do with religion or a higher power, but somehow about the power of oneself.”
